Delivery Information for postage and local collection/deliveries.
A flat rate of £3.00 postage will be charged for all items under the value of £30.00, (UK main land only).
A flat rate of £1.00 will be charged for orders in the Plymouth area post codes: (PL1,PL2,PL3,PL4,PL5,PL6).
Free Postage and Packaging is offered on all items over the value of £30.00, (UK main land only). (Except Raw Food with can only be delivered in the following Plymouth area post codes. (PL1,PL2,PL3,PL4,PL5,PL6). (these delivery charges may differ slightly when run in conjunction with special offers). Any changes will be clearly shown. Delivery 3/4 working days from dispatch. (not including bank holidays or main holiday periods).
If you receive any damaged goods please contact us immediately. (do not dispose of the products as we may need them returned).
Annual delivery dates (holiday periods), will run in conjunction with the Royal Mails delivery dates.
'Dispatched', confirmation emails will be sent to notify you that your product is on route. (Please note that your order can not be cancelled at this point).
You can return your order, however, you will be responsible for the packaging and return postage costs. Items can only be returned if they have not been opened.
Delivery will normally be within 3/4 working days from dispatch. If there is a delay we will notify you and keep you updated. If you need them sooner please email us to see if we can help. Collection or 1st Class postage at a small additional cost may be possible.
Please Note: Our Raw Food is frozen which means we can only deliver in the following Plymouth area post codes: (PL1,PL2,PL3,PL4,PL5,PL6).
For larger/heavier boxes we may use another courier service other than the Royal Mail and additional charges may be applied due to weight. These rates will be made clear to you during the check out process.
